Jonathan George (Joker Jonny • Hackpen • neoSHADE)

For more than three decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of software development, graphic design, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence. My career has evolved alongside the internet itself—from DOS and bulletin board systems to cloud computing, AI agents, and modern automation.

Originally known online as Hackpen, and later Joker Jonny, the neoSHADE name represents a philosophy more than a brand: build quietly, think independently, adapt continuously, and let innovation speak for itself.

📟 Early Foundations

My technology journey began with DOS on a Radio Shack Tandy 3000 powered by a 16-bit Intel 286 processor and a 1200 baud modem. Long before the modern internet, I was exploring bulletin board systems (BBS), networking, programming, and the fundamentals of digital communication.

Throughout college I immersed myself in computer science, often helping instructors navigate emerging software such as Lotus 1-2-3 and Microsoft Excel during the Windows 3.0 era. Those years established a mindset that still guides me today: technology never stops evolving, so neither should the people building it.

💻 Building the Internet

After graduation I joined Inca Computer Builders, a Florida technology startup backed by Wayne Huizenga and Wade Nadar. Working in custom-built computer systems during the rapid expansion of personal computing provided invaluable experience in problem-solving, rapid development, and customer-focused technology.

In 1999 I founded Website Oxygen, built around a simple philosophy:

“Let Your Website Breathe.”

Over the following decades I designed websites, developed custom software, managed digital marketing campaigns, and built online systems for businesses across numerous industries—including law firms throughout Florida. Managing complex web ecosystems and multi-domain marketing strategies became the foundation for many of the automation systems I build today.

🪖 U.S. Army

At age 37 I enlisted in the United States Army as a Combat Medic (68W). I successfully completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training before sustaining injuries that resulted in an honorable medical discharge.

Although I never deployed overseas, the experience reinforced values that continue to influence my work today: discipline, service, preparation, and remaining calm when solving difficult problems.

🏡 Real Estate Meets Technology

In 2017 I became a licensed Florida Realtor®, intending to shift away from software development. Instead, real estate drew me even deeper into technology.

Building CRM systems, marketing automation, IDX platforms, client dashboards, predictive analytics, and workflow automation reignited my passion for creating software that solves real business problems.

At the same time, advances in AI transformed creative work. With decades of experience in graphic design and Adobe software, integrating artificial intelligence into design, marketing, and business systems became a natural evolution.

One of the most practical outcomes of that journey is neoLEGAL AI—an AI-powered legal intake and client engagement platform designed specifically for law firms.

Rather than replacing attorneys, neoLEGAL AI focuses on improving the first interaction with prospective clients through:

• Intelligent lead qualification
• Secure document collection
• Automated follow-up workflows
• CRM integration
• Administrative time reduction
• Better client experience from the very first conversation

The goal is straightforward: allow attorneys to spend less time collecting information and more time practicing law while ensuring potential clients receive immediate attention whenever they reach out.

While neoLEGAL AI represents a focused commercial solution, neoSHADE remains my broader research and creative ecosystem.

It serves as a long-term laboratory for exploring:

neoSHADE allows me to experiment with emerging technologies before adapting proven ideas into real-world applications.

Within the neoSHADE ecosystem are two symbolic development personas:

Agent Lucy represents analytical thinking, optimization, testing, and algorithm refinement.

Agent Clark represents infrastructure, security, resilience, and disciplined engineering.

These are development concepts and narrative frameworks rather than public AI products, helping organize ideas across long-term projects.

Joker Jonny is the creative voice behind many of my artistic projects.

Through music, writing, film, and visual storytelling, this persona explores questions surrounding technology, identity, consciousness, freedom, and the future of humanity.

It isn’t a separate identity—it is simply another lens through which I create.

Technology changes quickly, but the mission remains constant:
